2週間前の土曜日、40名以上のビルダーが集まり、一日かけて実際に動くAIをつくりました。16:00の締切までに、21チームが作品を提出しています。
優勝はWildfire Sentinel。消防の現場指揮官が、部隊を出動させる前に対応策を試せるツールです。NASAの衛星データから日本国内の火災を検知し、延焼の広がり方を予測することで、それを可能にしています。
ビルダー紹介：Underwatch
AIのコーディングエージェントは、自分が何をしたかを報告してくれます。では、その報告が正しいかはどう確かめればいいのでしょうか。
この問いに取り組んだのが、Sinem ÜnlüさんとOguz Kirmiziさんのチームです。2人がつくったUnderwatchは、エージェントの報告をうのみにせず、マシン上で実際に起きたことを記録します。触られたファイル、起動されたプロセス、外部との通信を報告と突き合わせ、食い違いがあれば知らせてくれます。
ちなみに2人は、締切の90分前に提出した一番乗りのチームでもあります。

🧰 エージェント・ハーネス・ナイト
AIエージェントの出来を左右するのは、モデルだけではありません。モデルを回すループ、使わせるツール、記憶、評価の仕組みといった「ハーネス」も同じくらい効いてきます。この夜は、そのハーネスのほうをつくります。
最初に短いトークがあり、そのあと2時間かけて開発します。デモは希望者だけで、優勝は会場の投票で決めます。

🏥 アプライドAIハッカソン
題材は、誰かの実際の仕事です。まず仕事を抱えている人を一人決めて、その人の仕事を楽にするAIをつくります。たとえば書類に追われるクリニック、在庫を手で数えている倉庫、目の前の物を見分けたいロボットアーム。定員は100名です。

🔧 AI Tinkerers Tokyo 11月のミートアップ
スライドは禁止、見せるのは動くコードだけ、という技術デモの会です。うまくいったところだけでなく、どこで壊れたかも共有します。参加は無料で、定員は60名。選考制で、これまでに何をつくってきたかをもとに主催者が参加者を選びます。

Two weeks ago, 40+ builders spent a Saturday building AI that runs. By 16:00, 21 teams had submitted something. Wildfire Sentinel took first place. It watches NASA satellite hotspots over Japan, filters out factories, and predicts how a fire will spread across real terrain, so a fire commander can test a response plan before sending crews.
Builder spotlight: Underwatch
AI coding agents report what they did, but how do you check? Sinem Ünlü and Oguz Kirmizi built Underwatch to watch the machine itself. It compares what the agent says it did with the files, processes and network calls the system actually shows, and flags any mismatch. They were also the first team to submit, 90 minutes before the deadline.
